HOW IT WORKS

1. Call to schedule

2. Complete intake forms on Patient Portal

​

3. Confirm appointment after receipt of payment

​

4. Individualized evaluation: 1-2 appointments at your home or your child's school

​

5. Feedback: virtual appointment to review your child's report

OUR SERVICES

AUTISM SPECTRUM EVALUATION

  • For children 2 years and older
     

  • Evaluations will include ADOS and other assessments as needed
     

  • Will require at least two one-hour appointments and one thirty-minute feedback appointment

ATTENTION DEFICIT EVALUATION

  • For children 6 years and older
     

  • Evaluations will include parent and teacher questionnaires
     

  • Will usually require a one hour appointment 

DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS

EVALUATION

  • For children 3 months and older
     

  • Evaluations will be tailored to child's history and needs
     

  • Will require an initial one-hour appointment. May need multiple appointments depending on needs.
