  • Primary Care Services

    • We do not offer routine medical evaluations or management, including routine or annual pediatric visits, routine or school physicals, vaccinations, ​etc. 

    • Keep all general pediatrician appointments and follow ups as scheduled by your child's physician. 

    • The assessments and diagnoses provided by Sunflower Assessments LLC can help your child's general pediatrician in the comprehensive routine care of your child.
       

  • Emergency Care Services

    • We do not offer emergency medical evaluations or management. ​

    • If your child is experiencing an emergency or you have an immediate medical concern, please call 911 or visit your closest emergency room. 

  • Specialty Care Services​

    • We do not offer specialty medical evaluations or management​

    • Keep all specialty pediatrician appointments and follow ups as scheduled by the specialty physician. 

    • The assessments and diagnoses provided by Sunflower Assessments LLC can help your child's developmental behavioral pediatrician, neurologist or psychiatrist, in the comprehensive specialty care of your child. 
       

  • Medications

    • We do not prescribe or manage routine or specialty medications of any kind​
